School Health Services Leadership Task Force
- The School Health Services Leadership Task Force is conducting a survey of stakeholders in school and health systems on what components are necessary for an integrated, streamlined school health services system. The survey will help inform the development of a plan to guide school health services funding and policies at the state, foundation, and local level! If you are familiar with the structure and components of school health services, your input in the survey would be of great value to the Task Force. To take the survey, please go to http://www.csi-policy.org/research/index.htm before the deadline of Sunday, June 8th.
For more information, please contact Jewlya Lynn at Research@CSI-Policy.org

Building Bridges for Children's Mental Health
- Building Bridges is a new federally funded grant recently received by the Colorado Department of Education in partnership with Behavioral Health Services and State Judicial. Building Bridges is based on the integration of two models, System of Care and Positive Behavior Supports (PBS), with the goal of increasing access to behavioral health services and improving mental and behavioral health outcomes for school aged children and youth. Building Bridges combines state policy change with local implementation in Mesa County, which will result in a wide range of new tools and technical assistance approaches for communities throughout the state.
